Day 2 : How have you changed in the past two years?

Let’s be honest, I don’t know about others perspectives of my changed, but as I tried to recall, I am much better than before. I reading although a page per day or whenever I am free, physicals or e-books.
Doing light exercise like squats and planks and walking to the convenience store really good for me. The best part of doing that simplest thing is I am better at control my anger and stress.
I don’t know if you can call this as a change but I only buy makeup and skincare if there’s 40% and 50% sales at Guardian. So I can save some money and can use it for other things. But yeah Guardian always have discount especially on weekends like 15% and 20% and I still love that.But if something I need is unavailable on Guardian, I’ll buy it at Aeon Wellness or Watsons (online, of course all of us know why)
I realized that I rarely contact my friends unless there’s something important for us to meet and talk to.Because I know all of us got a life. We have our own important things to do. We are not a teenager anymore.
